Introduction to EdgeRover™ accounts

Today, EdgeRover™ doesn’t require you to create an account or sign in. However, soon, you’ll have to create an account and sign in to enable features that are currently in development.

Many different products can use the same EdgeRover account. If you have a My Cloud™ Home, My Cloud™ OS 5, or SanDisk® ibi™ device, use your existing account to sign in to EdgeRover.

Creating an account

To create an account:

  1. In the EdgeRover main menu, click Your Account.
  2. Click the Create Account link.
  3. Click the Create Account button.
  4. Follow the instructions in your browser to complete the process.
