Changing your password
If you change your password in EdgeRover™, the new password will apply to EdgeRover and your My Cloud Home, My Cloud OS 5, and SanDisk ibi device. Likewise, if you change your password in any of those products, your new password will apply to EdgeRover too.
If you're currently logged in:
- In the account area in the EdgeRover main menu, click your name.
- Click the Account settings link.
- To the right of the current password, click Reset.
- Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
If you're not currently logged in:
- In the EdgeRover main menu, click Your Account.
- Click Sign in.
- On the next screen, click Forgot password?.
- Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
